Hockey in the OT Thread?

This would not happen if it was run by the true heir, BGM.

Just teasin'

But yea, that's another popular reason why people enjoy two teams. Besides Buffalo being a constant, I personally fall for different teams due to the players or the team (how they play) as a whole.

In this scenario it is not odd to still love the Sabres you grew up with AND root for your now local team, the AVS. This happens so much I am surprised you needed this explained to you.
Well, it's completely unacceptable in the realm of football. So is it really that puzzling that someone who grew up on that sport is a little confused by the practice?

Personally, it doesn't bother me one bit. It's just... different... for me. *shrug*

If you mean American football (not European football), I have met many people who root for the Bills and San Fransisco, or Dallas, or Seattle etc...

For the same reasons as hockey fans would.

I must run in different circles then, is all.

And yes, I'm talking about the American version.

I want another 'rare' car instead of the Vette, Benz 2 seater but don't want to break the bank for it. If the new Viper came in a convertible I'd probably go for one of those as they're just stupid with their power.

Sup.

Also, been refreshing the tracking info page for the new tablet and still nothing as of 4pm. Is it too much to ask to live in an area when UPS delivers before noon?

It is very nice but is in the breaking the bank area...for that kind of scratch I would probably just go with the Maserati so I can channel my inner Joe Walsh

Any self-respecting Bills fan will hate the Cowboys with a passion.

And any who actually like them are dead to me.

The band I play bass in has been trying to play some shows of late. As such, we're trying to get our name out there as much as possible, as we like to think that we're on to something.

If you guys don't mind the shameless plug, give us a follow on Twitter (@AHB_Music) and a like on Facebook (facebook.com/TheAndrewHambridgeBand).

A sample of our stuff:

Lead singer and rhythm guitarist writes the songs. Our other guitarist and I write our respective parts, but the basis of the songs are written by him. As such, we named it after him.

Care to elaborate? It's not uncommon for bands to do that.

It's one of my pet-peeves: bands named after one of the members. I dislike it.

Oh. Hah. I follow. Obviously we'd have preferred a different name, but we're perfectly okay with that (afterall, they're his songs).

There's also the very high risk of a very messy death.

The Poster formerly known as Beechsack is slacking...no title changes.

I bet if the rightful owner of the OT thread had the power the thread titles would be regularly updated.
