I'd be happy with another filthy Nash shoot out goal.

Brad Richards is due for a game-winner. Make it up to the team and the fanbase Brad.

I won't because it'll be in a 2-1 losing effort. If this goes to a shootout, we are doomed with Biron in net.

One play does not make a player. Neither does 20.
The point is that the guy has been a world class player for a very long time., including most of his time as a Ranger. He's earned the slack he is getting, especially from Torts.
Does he need to play better this season? Yes.
Does he deserve to be sitting right now? Yes.

So true. We need to get this done in regulation.

I honestly was thinking about that a few minutes ago. Every Islander will be targeting the lincoln tunnel that is the 5-hole of Martin Biron.

Giving him a pass based on reputation is a chicken **** philosophy and I'm glad Torts isn't doing that.

If I was Torts, I put in Lundqvist for the Shootout if it goes that far.

Another sequence where they make no effort to clear the zone.

That would be a sweet commercial. Gabby turns to him and says: "Nash you so filthy man."
