Problem is...while there have been even strength chances, both teams are absolutely locking the powerplay down. 5 shots in 4 powerplays. None of them that serious.

Kind of a weak call there...just like Ellis's interference call.

Don't go into a shell, guys. Best way to win this game will be to keep it in the O zone.

Like putting Bourque on the PP in front of the net. It worked.

Bourque is pretty similar to Hornqvist in the style of game he plays...so that makes sense.

Getting close. Close it out, boys.
Not as much pressure as last period, but very solid at all ends of the ice.

Hooking? Now we're just stat-padding.

Tuned in for the 3rd for this game. What a weird call, Vermette falls over and they call Goose for that, ridiculous.

Whew.
This might be our best game so far in terms of actual play (not just goal scoring).
Peks was sharp. Most players looked at least pretty good. One notable exception was Legwand, who was plain awful.
Faceoffs were bad...Legwand and Fisher were simply abysmal. Even Gaustad struggled (by struggle, I mean 53%). Spaling actually had a good night at the dot.
