Wellwood (83) - Granlund (87) - Kessel (88)
Boyes (82) - Bailey (84) - Coyle (81)
Latendresse (79) - Eakin (79) - Westin (81)
Dziurzynski (75) - Dalpe (76) - Larose (78)

Meszaros (85) - Shattenkirk (85)
Faulk (82) - Gleason (83)
Schmitz (80) - Kulda (80)
Levi (79) - Murphy (79)
Kvisto (78) - Konan (76)

Ward (88)
Missainen (82)

Off to a 2-2-1 start, not bad so far. Don't expect to be a cup competitor, hoping for either a high draft pick, or a lower seed in the playoffs.

Somehow Campbell is on my roster, somehow he makes $13.4 million (the offer sheet was for $8mill/year or so).
Got to admit I like what you done with that team. Seems you got off to a slow start the first few seasons but it definitely looks like a contender now.

I would gladly get swept by you with no shame now.

I'm in a weird position because I don't have depth or an elite player, but I'm reasonably happy especially considering I had no star prospects to work with (other than Campbell) and my drafting sucks even accounting for the picks being in the 15-25 range. Maybe bringing in "winners" like Staal will give the necessary boost.

edit, although I would have an 82 3rd line centre and an 85 D if not for th Campbell fiasco. :/

By the way, why is Hart (68) on the third line over Desharnais (79)? DD would probably mesh well with Semin; Playmaker feeding the sniper.

I'm operating on the (probably bunk) theory that Hart will improve with more ice time. It's all moot anyways because the CPU will mess with my lines the second someone gets injured and I gave up trying to manage my lines weekly during the first season, the menus are just sooooooo slow.

My team is off to an amazing 21-1-1 start this season. Stamkos was a major bust as a signing for me last season but he is starting to show his value now.

Taylor Hall (86) - Steven Stamkos (91) - Jordan Eberle (88)
Simon Gagne (84) - Ryan Nugent-Hopkins (87) - Dustin Brown (83)
Toni Rajala (81) - Anton Lander (81) - Mika Zibanejad (81)
Tuomo Rask (78) - Nathan Longpre (80) - Cameron Abney (76)

Paul Martin (86) - Shea Weber (90)
Dennis Seidenberg (84) - Martin Marincin (82)
Brandon Davidson (79) - Joe Rogalski (79)

Jonas Enroth (84)
Tyler Bunz (80)

Enroth has been an absolute monster this year with a .945 save percentage and leads all goaltenders in virtually every category to this point. Eberle just went down for 15 games, so hopefully we can keep the good momentum rolling here.

8-15-1. Pretty much expected, but I guess I have to actually scout this year haha.

12-7-7 to start the year... not bad I guess. Leading the Southeast division once again. Although I've lost Tim Gleason for 46 games.

16-8-1. I was expecting losses and a lot of them.

How the heck am I leading the Eastern Conference... that **** cray.
It's probably all Cam Ward. Kessel is finally a PPG again though.

Derriko, I've proposed our 2020 for 2018 swap. It was definitely my fault, for some dumb reason EA has put all of the 20s before the teens.

Benjiv/St. Louis, please propose a trade to get your draft picks back whenever and if you give me a heads up I'll log on and accept. I've proposed them to you three times and it takes too long to scroll through the menus to propose it a fourth time if you don't see it, so the ball is in your court.

^ 34-13-8. 76 points for second in the league (16 behind Edmonton lol...)

Looks like I am solely entrenched as the 3rd worst team. Chicago and NYI are hilariously bad at 19 and 23 points while I have 32. Then the fourth last team has 42 points. I don't think I could even be as bad as the last two teams even if I intentionally tanked haha.

^ Haha. Ironic that the healthiest year I've had since the start is the year where I couldn't care less if anybody got injured since I have a bad team.

After starting the year less that .500 after 15 games, St. Louis has started to roll.

I sit second in the West, and third in the league, all while losing my staring goalie for 15 games.

Neuvirth is currently on a 3 game shutout streak, winning games by scores of 3-0, 7-0, and 5-0.
