Losing 5 in a row. This should be a spark game. Please Nuge light the lamp.

The kids are suffering from first line minutes as we should have anticipated, but with how... Defensively lacking the Avs are, this should be a high scoring affair. They get worse every game.

So please give us at least 4 goals tonight guys.
5 to 3
RNH from Eberle and Schultz
Belanger from Yakupov and Smyth
Yakupov from Belanger and Perry
Eberle from Hall and RNH
Hemsky empty netter from whoever

The Oilers should be able to dominate the game inside of the Ave's blueline. Their defense looks weeeeak

Joining Scott and I on Afterhours tonight is Devan Dubnyk. Should be a great show if @ScottOake doesn't ruin it again.

Will be watching this one.

Hoping for an entertaining game.

Eberle and RNH are going through a significant slump. I hope they're not injured. To me, Ebs always scored and created chances out of shots that should not have gone in or dekes that shouldn't have gone through. For the past little while, those shots aren't going through.

I'm a reader of MC79Hockey's stuff (he must have been a poster here back in the day, although I don't know if he still participates) and he did predict for a while now that Eberle will not likely play at the 6M value that he was signed at. Personally, I like Eberle. With that being said, him and RNH need to put the puck in the net at some point, otherwise our offensive strength will become a weakness.

I predict no more than 3 goals tonight, likely a 2-1 SO loss. Scoring woes continue.

1) Score some goals
2) Win

Thats it. Not too much to ask for...

Oilers have to win this one. Colorado defense has to be the worst in the league right now. I mean Shane O'brein is on there 1st pairing.

Go Oilers.

Give em hell lads.

And somebody run PA Parenteau through the end boards. A bunch of times. With gusto. And malice. lol

Has anyone looked around at other teams GDT? Once upon time we were in the lead for creativity-- but looking around at other boards--we are falling behind. A few days ago Montreal had a killer one

Could explain this string of losses.

I'm sure they discuss it in the locker room.

Lol nice video. 5 minutes I'll never get back

I'm expecting a big win tonight. 5+ goals and just look really good doing it.

Not so sure though. The Oilers are a pretty atrocious team on HNIC.

So far this year: 0-2-0
11-12: 4-8-0
10-11: 5-7-2
09-10: 1-10-1 (haha whaaat the ****)

Maybe Oilers fans have realized that they shouldn't put effort into GDTs since the team rarely puts forth a respectable effort on most nights.
