The 3rd line is Grabner-Aucoin-Ullstrom and the 4th line is Martin-Cizikas-McDonald. Truman just decides to put the lines however he feels like.

I never say the Isles definitely win (most Isles fans wont), but, even though
its the Devils, I am going to say it---- Isles win by 2-3 goals tonight ! Last
game gives them a ton of confidence, and finally, they dont come our flat-

thats about 300-400 fans maybe? there will be a lot more devil's fans than that... this year even more than the prior few years we have been outshouted by visiting fans, and the rangers haven't even gotten there yet... a handfull of sabre fans were louder than the whole islander crowd... the only solution to that is get up on them right away tonight and keep em quiet.

Isles 5-3

i will be in 224 tonite

Who cares if the Devils fans come. It puts more people in the arena. Tonight will be relatively empty anyways. No way we have more than 13,000 in the building.

Anyways, you win tonight, and you start some momentum. Tavares looks like he has activated beast mode. Look for him to will his way on the scoresheet tonight.

if the Isles get shutout by this ****** I'll throw myself from 325.

Grabner brings nothing to a 4th line...don't stick em there. he will only get in the way when things get rough..he doesn't have a hit on the year.

The 4th line is a line that engages..not skates away fast from contact...I like Grabs but no way can he play physical

If you are an Islander fan at the game or an Islander playing in the game, of course you care if the opposing crowd is louder than yours. It sucks...much rather have a crowd of 6-7K all islander fans

If the Islanders were not now a lame duck franchise in nassau, a weekend game would sell out vs the devils as they did last year.. curious to see how many tonight.. could be 14-15K with many many devils fans.

Who cares how many Devils fans there are? Again I prefer a full building. It creates more animosity and a much better experience.

The Islanders are a lame duck franchise NOW. It oesn't mean it will stay that way. Wang will be gone within the year, keep hope. ALl will turn for the better soon.

Lame duck means they are moving, they are moving whether or not Wang owns them..marketing has gotten even tougher, so if you thought crowds were bad in recent years they will get progressively worse the next two years unless they start winning or the new brooklyn base decides to journey out here the next two years.. glad your enjoyment is built on animosity. To each his own, I prefer a rocking house where the home fans are behind my team. Maybe it is tough for some here to remember but nothing like a packed house where the crowd is vocal behind the home team IMO.

You don't think the Islander players would rather the crowd be pro Islanders?

In any event looking forward to seeing Ullstrom back today, hope he plays with a little extra fire tonight as he never should have been sat.

I think loudville tickets are available every game.... I could be mistaken but I recall seeing the isles tweet there were loudville seats on opening night.

I'd rather Brodeur. Hedberg owned us, and has always owned us.

Right now he is 2-0-1 0.65 .973

Love the Cappy Road pic!!

Gotta get them early and hard. Can't afford to go down 2-0 like we did against the Rangers.

Hilarious that the Devils have more wins at the Coliseum this season than we do. They could add another to that total tonight.

You know I really do like the Islanders...

But there's a saying about throwing stones when you live in a glass house...

Agreed. Islanders fans are the last ones who should be commenting on other teams' attendance.

I'll be there tonight. I got free tickets from a buddy.

You know what they say about those that live in glass houses? Well they should dress in the basement of course. Sorry bad joke.
Yeah it really would never be a good idea for Islander fans to ridicule any other teams attendance. But in my heart I do believe that if the Islanders ever do get back to a winning tradition fans would come back and fill the building.
Going to miss the game tonight as I have dinner plans- Let's Go Islanders!!!!! 5-3 with an empty net goal- Scored by the Islanders!!!
