1: Toronto (cuz I live in Ontario currently)
2: Boston (which jumps to number one when the puck actually drops)
distant 3: Philly, but not even that much. I know most see them as a huge rival, but they don't bother me much. I can see why they would bother the Pens a lot! Their fans on the other hand...
Boston - Hate the team, organization, people who represent them PK stock, Don Cherry.
Toronto - Hate their fans, don't actually even mind the team and like some of the players
ex. Kessel, Phaneuf. Hate CBC for all their biased love towards them.
Ottawa - Back in 2007 when they were elite, I found them quite arrogant....and their fans
only cheer them on when they are successful, otherwise they just sit there...
I hate that.
after that no one really year after year, I mean when the Canes beat us in the playoffs that year one of the players I hated the worst on that team was Cole.
same with PHilly recent heartbreakers in the playoffs but nothing that would make a rivalry.
I hate Boston. Losing to Boston sucks, but they are one of the top teams in the league, so it's nearly expected.
Losing to Toronto just sucks alot more. Being that Toronto is in Canada, being that CBC and TSN <3 Toronto and being that some fans and players are usually obnoxious. But most importantly, we are kind of on a equal level, so we should be beating them on most nights.
Losing 6-0 to Toronto is alot harder than ever losing 6-0 to Boston.
Hate is a strong word. The franchises that I dislike are Boston and Philly. To tell you the truth, I don't dislike the Leafs because they have been so terrible over the past decade. Its hard to hate something over time that has absolutely zero success over the same time span.
