The puck loves to bounce away from all my players or tip off their sticks or they just flat out overskate it, and it NEVER bounces to open ice, it ALWAYS goes right to an opposing player. I had it bounce down my entire roster the other day, tipping off each player on the way down, all the way down the ice and into my net. It's laughably easy to tell when you're about to be scored on because for a period of time beforehand EVERYTHING goes wrong.

Hey guys...I need some help with online modes as I generally play the xbox 360 season mode at my place with my buddy. I'm trying to figure out how he and I can play together on my Xbox against my cousins online, who each have their own Xboxs. Is this possible? I've tried practically every option but can't figure it out. At one point the game mode screen showed "Guest: 1" for my console but we couldn't invite online players to join. I even bought my friend a Live membership thinking that might be the issue...but still no luck. This is beyond irritating. Any ideas...or is there no way to mix multiple local players with online players?

You can play against other people online with guests. I have played against people who have had guests before. You can invite your cousins to an xbox live party and then create a match with your xbox live party. I am not sure if you can play against 2 xbox's though. I know you can play against one xbox with two controllers hooked up to it.

Yeah, the party mode let's the two of us play on my console against one other xbox...which is fine if you only have people at 2 locations. Why do they have this limitation? Weak.

It's weird because when you play in the online league mode, there's what, over 12 xbox's connected to each other online? Because the game can handle the online league mode, it should be able to do what you want.

Exactly. 12 people connected via 12 xbox's is ok, but 4 people on 3 xbox's isn't?
I’m not sure if this is the best place for this, but there is an active NHL13 GM Connected League for PS3 that is about to start its off-season (currently finishing season 2). There following teams are available: BOS, BUF, CAR, FLA, MON, NYR, PHI, PIT and WIN in the East and ANA, CAL, DAL, EDM and SJ in the West. Seeing as your team is open (although there have been some roster changes,) I was hoping to get some interest in joining. We really have a good group of people with an solid and dedicated core of GMs. Only mandate is to join our Facebook group to converse, talk trades or setup games. The Commissioner does a lot to keep things organized and moving along. He advances every 5 days (off-season will be different, so please sign up soon, if interested!)
