Videotron / Gatineau - CBC Hockey Night in Canada

I am a new customer with Videotron this hockey season and I live in Gatineau, QC.
I want to leave my PVR to record the game (Sens vs Leafs) that is tomorrow 16th Feb 2013 and my guide has the CBC - montreal feed/schedule.
Does that mean i will get the Habs game?
Can anyone confirm if we get the Toronto feed on Videotron-Gatineau?
Much Appreciated. Go Sens Go

I can't say with 100% certainty but when I lived in Quebec City and had Videotron I could not watch Sens games when they had those regional CBC events

Stupid Habs, Montreal just has to ruin the fun for everyone! "There's no way you can't like Montreal, Montreal is the best city in Canada! You're from Ottawa and you speak French?! There's people who speak French outside of Montreal? Wait there's PEOPLE OUTSIDE OF MONTREAL?!"

I can't stand that ****ing city

Your guide says Montreal vs Philly? That's strange, mine says Ottawa vs Toronto. Are you talking about Standard Definition or HD?

Well, that's weird my guide says Ottawa - Toronto on 606. I don't want to make any promises but I'm pretty sure it's going to be Ottawa vs Toronto in Gatineau.

If your guide shows the Montreal game then it could be something you just need to call Videotron about?
Or it could be where you live in Gatineau I guess

I just checked again.
When i am in the guide over the ch 606 it states "CBC HD - Montreal". Today at 6 and every other day... in the schedule was "News (Montreal)" but on the channel was Ottawa news with our local news. I just hope this is an Guide/info error and the feed to be Ottawa/Toronto one.

- I have the Anglo package (HD pack) ... if that matters idk... -

You're in Gatineau? Buy a $5 antenna from The Source or XS Cargo and plug it into the coax port on your TV. You'll get CBOT over the air with much higher quality than you've ever seen on cable. The transmitter for CBC is at Camp Fortune.

I'm in Kanata and I used to get CBOT in my basement with a jury-rigged "antenna" made from a loop of stripped coax, before I installed a proper roof-mounted antenna.

Ah

Ditch cable and get an antenna and an OTA PVR... you'll save tons of money in the long run I'm PVR'ing it as well.

So? Did it PVR The Sens or the Habs????

I know with Rogers we get CBC HD on channel 8, but around channel 124, we get other games, non HD!

In the PVR list was: "CBC Hockey Night in Canada - Montreal vs Philadelphia"
but the the game on was the Ottawa - Toronto game.
So... great news... and even a better game.... I loved the way we played (considering the score) without our main pieces.
Go Sens Go
