Yes, we are drawing conclusions. (least I am...by watching the end of the TB game, how he was skating...it didnt look knee, it looked thigh).

Will see, but for most guys...once a groin, always a groin.

It probably is his groin, but that doesn't mean it should be stated as fact. "Always a groin" was supposed to go by the wayside after that surgery. I'm so shocked that it probably didn't.

Quoted myself to help with the above question.

Almost finished the Tampa Bay game - but not quite.

Kundratek was that emergency RD. Having three RDs out simultaneously will make any defense look shallow. Can't really blame George too much for a shallow side on defense when Green, Orlov, and Hillen are all out at the same time.

if guys want to slam green or mcphee for that matter, they get more bang for the buck saying its a groin injury rather than a thigh bruise or a broken foot even.

with a jam pack 42 game schedule getting worn down and missing games time to time is expected. Thats why having 2 36 year old NHL vets waiting to fill in at a moments notice has better prepared the caps for the long haul

lol. No, Tex. Everything is not a jab at McPhail. I'm just making an educated guess.

If it *is* groin, then what will you think?

So are they going to allow Carlson to step up or is some how Kundratek going to get PP1 time over him?

Hasn't Kundratek mostly played the left point?

That shouldn't matter, since there's only one "point" in the 1-3-1 PP they're running.

You know what I mean. Carlson has played on PP2 where Green does on PP1. There's no reason to expect Kundratek to be put in Green's spot now.

you lose your cred totally by using mcphail. why would you not take every shot you could? you do. its your opinion but your pov is tainted by that opinion.

i will tell you what i think of the injury when its more clear what it really is.
