Per the lines at practice before that, he was centering the 3rd line since Jokinen moved up to the 2nd line to fill Skinner's spot. Nobody like injuries, but the positive is a few callups get a chance to show what they've got. No excuses though, injuries and a team's depth are part of the game. Obviously if a team loses key players like Ottawa losing Spezza and Karlsson, that's a different story.
Being without any combination of Price, Patches, Subban or Gallagher will be brutal.
Gallagher is too small for NHL anyway, Budaj was great last game, we played awesome at start of season without PK in lineup. and Patches hasn't even scored a goal yet this season so, really we don't need any of them.

Patches is in and a good chance for Subban also, Budaj is a 50/50 deal on whether he'll be hot or not, Gally is the only one missing. Whitey will sub for him and raise hell with the Canes. Looks good for us.
