In the past games like tonite that appear to be hopeless sometimes resulted in a win where the Jackets played over their heads and the other team kind of took the nite off because "it was the Jackets" they were playing.

Yeah , this wouldn't surprise me. Ducks are coming off a great road trip.

Then again, their big guns have not been doing the scoring in recent games so Selanne, Ryan and Perry could light up the Jackets.

I see what you did there.

Cool, thanks for the update. Lets hope he can stay healthy and get back to his AHL form.

Ducks: A lot
Jackets: Little to none.

May be in bed by the end of the first period.

Murray may be showcasing him to the Jackets as possible trade bait.

I'm a sucker, I'll be watching.

I'd rather see

11-24-71 on the 3rd line, then at least we'd have 1 strong line on the ice.

WE'RE DOOMED! DOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMEEEDDDD!

I actually like start times like this; don't have to rush home from work to catch a 5 PM game.

JJ ought to have a good game then.

I'm not sure if I'll stay up for this one or not. Of course I always say that and wind up watching so I'm sure I'll probably tune in.

6-1 Ducks. Brass gets the lone Jacket goal and I smile because some team's going to take him off our hands at the trade deadline.

I didn't realize the Jackets had held open try outs for the forward position this year.

The forward group makes this team just really not fun to watch. Pretty much a bunch of 3rd liners playing out of position.

It's pretty funny that he has the most creativity on a team full of grinders who can't cycle worth a ****.

Wouldn't Hiller be a better goalie than Bobo and Mason?

Injury concerns and vertigo concerns aside...

I'm going to the game explicitly to wish my favorite hockey player Happy Birthday. No expectations otherwise.

Been in bed with the flu all day. Imagine I will be well rested for late start. Looking forward to the game.

With only a year left on his contract after this year, he'd be worth a look. Wouldn't want to send much to Anaheim in exchange since they'd be getting some much-needed cap relief with hopes of signing Getzlaf and Perry.

I think the Jackets are going to face a crap shoot at goaltender given what will be available this off-season. Probably going to have to take a couple guys who have some questions and hope one of them pans out. Which is an improvement over a guy with questions and Steve Mason.
