Well, how about D'agostini... had 2 goals in 40 games with the habs and the next year scored over 20 with St Louis?
It's simple these guys (palushaj and D'agostini) are supporting cast winger top 6(yeah thats what i call 'em) they NEED to be on an offensive line to produce... Much like AK, Tender, Ryder ...
All in all we lost a great player because of that.

Also, i think because their names did not end in 'nais' or 'eau'. No local media to plead their cases.

D'agostini and Palushaj both had offensive upside but weren't good enough to crack our lineup. D'agostini had 1 good season with the Blues and Palushaj just started playing for one of the worst team in the league.
How did he never have a chance? He played 44 games and scored only 2. Yes he played a lot on the 4th line but he showed vsry little promise.
You said it yourself he never had his chance in the top 6 and this is how you give chances to yound players I know you don't see many of that here in MTL but in the league its like that
Worst case scenario happening Sens win it and NJD picks loser point
What a shot by Silfverberg
I think it's best case scenario that the Senators win... will keep them out of a bottom five pick this year. As for NJD getting points, also good... will keep Pens in fourth/fifth place and a more likely candidate for a Habs/Pens 1st round matchup!
Holy crap, one of the worst calls I've ever seen in hockey. Avs-Nsh game Duchene was a good 5 feet offside on a breakaway and they let it go. You gotta see it, mind blowing!
To be fair, Palushaj was playing like garbage in the AHL this year. I thought he showed some nice flashes late last year. Seemed really quick and shifty. Saw none of that in the A.

He played on the 4th line. That said...it is what it is, Therrien seems like he knows what he's doing with our young guys. Martin would have both Gally and Chuckie on the 4th line playing with scrubs to rot.
Can you just stop? We dont ****ing care about Palushaj seriously. He couldnt get his groove here, happy he did it elsewere but he's just getting points because he just got traded. Remember Pouliot when he came here with 12 goals in 15 games...

Yeah Pouliot, what a tease that was! Someone said it best about Benny Chicken... "Million dollar body, but a ten cent head"
It's one thing to whine that Palushaj didn't get a chance or we lost him for nothing but is he really better than any of our wingers? He didn't get the chance because he didn't deserved it. He's just not good enough simple as that.
A team that has Palushaj in its top 6 is a really bad team and he'd be useless on the bottom 6.
