Colorado 6, Nashville 4 after 2? What's that all about?

Flames are in Oil tanker mode... I think they have their sights set on dead last and aren't going to stop until they achieve it.

And the CP nimrods who bash the Oilers for tanking will justify their team throwing in the towel by saying that this is supposed to be a deep draft year.

Flames should have lost yesterday. I can't stand Doan. Would have been nice to see a gigantic Flames hit on him.

For all their "retooling" bull**** they're basically the 2010 Oilers with an elite goalie. And look what happens when Kiprusoff gets injured! Who saw this coming?

But you have to admit it's funny seeing Flames fans expose themselves as giant hypocrites with their total 180 on rebuilding. Looks GREAT on them!

I'll just say what everyone's thinking: if that happened in Edmonton that goal would have been called off faster than Mick McGeough can say "hand pass".

The women's curling on TSN was more exciting than the Flames' game.

Just terrible, terrible hockey.

Flames latest ECHL-calibre goalie had a predictable meltdown near the end of the third. Absolutely no depth in that organization after years of incompetent mismanagement from Sutter and Feaster.

Feaster must love this season. On the way to a tenth place finish. Drop off after the 6th-7th pick is getting more evident, and you got to watch as your best hope for a good return (Iggy) continues to play bad, and your second big value guy (Kipper) is playing bad and facing a bad injury.

Hudler, Wideman, Jbo have impressed tho.

This team with Barkov and Bartschi as core pieces could be great. Brodie is silently a solid top 4

If he doesnt do some deals this deadline I could see him offering 2 1sts, a 2nd, Barstchi and Brodie for Marleau

Sounds like something Sutter would have done.

Jay "Rock Solid Plan" Feaster is a little harder to figure out. He says he's committed to making the playoffs, but their goaltending is the worst I have ever seen. Absolute crap, and far more consistent with tanking.

Fourteen games in, and they have had 4 starters already. Three of them have been on waivers this year ...

Didn't they try 7 or 8 one year and wound up with Fred Brathwaite on top for a couple of years? Maybe they won't get to that much, but in proportion to a normal season, they have already found a way to top that one wacky season with four goalies in 14 games.

Yotes just played with the Flames in this one and took complete control in the 3rd just smarter play, get puck downlow, work puck downlow, get chances downlow. Easy recipe for success that few clubs buy into and more should.

Filthy game by Raffi Torres with a goal and an assist and hardwork up and down the boards. Would be a very useful player for us again at this stage of his career. Mind you Tippet knows what he's got. Well coached team, the Yotes are finding their legs again.

If one takes pleasure in watching the flames get strangled by a giant squid it was quite enjoyable, particulalry the 3rd period.

What a joke the goalie was on the 2nd goal. funny as well that the pro flames commentators were just talking up his game at that point.

Apparently the Flames "first line" only generated one scoring chance during the first 30 minutes of play tonight.

Isn't Iginla on their third line now?

Not going to boost his trade value that way.
