It is stupid because right now all I've got is basically, the supervisors raises which is 50 cents.

How it went for me was I worked at McDicks for about 2 years. Started off making the minimum under 18 which was $9 something, then I turned 18 and also got a raise like a year later which turned my pay to about $10.75 then a year later got a decent raise and started to make $12. I wasn't even what they call a team leader but I was making more money than anyone who is not a supervisor
