Saw it on Steam for $9.99 so I went ahead and bought it. If I don't like it at least I can say I didn't pay full price for it

Once you get familiar with the game you should check out the mods, The Game of Thrones one is spectacular.

Unfortunately the tutorial is pretty lacking (although still worth doing).

I learned most of the game by watching youtube tutorials. This guy is pretty good except when he gets sidetracked.

Yeah the same can be said about most Paradox games . I remember when I first played Europa Universalis and didn't know the game was completely based around trade/economy.

I'm not expecting SP to be good at all. But I enjoyed the MP beta a fair bit.

Complete opposite for him, he wants a good SP at all cost, even though he gave the beta a shot but he said he somewhat liked Crysis 2's MP

So on Sunday I decided to play Max Payne 3. Game took me about 8 hours to complete, pretty short. It's good, but it wasn't amazing. The game play was too similar throughout the whole game. With PC it's just head shot city.

I didn't even know they were making a new Grid game, that's pretty cool. I wish Codemasters would make their games cheap during the sales though. I'd pick up a PC copy of the first Grid if it was like $5.

So an odd thing happend with Crysis 3 last night. Went to download it so It will be ready for me on wednesday and the game disappeared from the game list.

Went over to the origin, and crysis forums and apparently this happened to a crap ton of people. I figured I'd just wait till today to deal with it, and the game came back automatically.

Crysis 2 really disappointed me. I'm hoping this one redeems the series.

I'm not gonna get to play it till tomorrow. Otherwise I'd have been kinda annoyed by the issue.
