It was this or "Wait 15 seconds with one person wearing a helmet then everyone and their dog does something crazy for 15 seconds." I'm happy with my choice.

i hadn't either until i had them at a chef's diner...braise them. so gd tender and good. think you have to go to a butcher to get them though.
like short ribs but better. cheap, too, as most people don't know about them.
