Hope SKA wins it all. At least it's one proper side that thinks about marketing and getting ***** into the seats etc. It's gonna be funny reading all the excuses by Slovaks when they lose, it's gonna be all khl fault and bought refs by Russian mafia lol

actually ska is one team, where money is unlimited...of course they can hire best people, bend the rules of the league, extend the salary ceiling far and beyond...how can one like such a team? he got to be a glory hunger or from their city.

One more criticism, why playoffs have one conference playing per day rule. It's kinda ridiculous, that all games tomorrow starts basically simultanously. I understand it's a working day, but by having two pairs from each conference playing each day would give more devoted fans a chance to catch more hockey. For example game in Chelyabinsk ends and the potential auditory would switch on the late evenings game from West. Every year the same non-sense.

As for actual playoff talk, c'mon Barys, this is the year! From east will cheer for Severstal and Slovan.

as I know it is because of schdelling (EHT, WHC). You simply dont have space (days) when you can play hockey....You know, KHL wanted to play only best of 5 in QF, with 10 min OT and SO. What formula is better? Back to back game OR PT/SO? That is how KHL explained it.

Just read the question one more time. It's about west conference teams-only playing today, not about back to backs.

I don't get it, so many chances and 1:1, we had 2-3 very high probability ones...

it's your typical Russia vs. Czech game. They are tight defensively.

Do we see the first SKA loss already? Atlant were outshot significantly so far but they had the better chances IMHO.

I am not surprised by a second, predicted it and fully expect it.

Lol says a guy who supports the most famous and successful team in Europe, pays Radulov probably the biggest salary Europe has ever seen and is only team that doesn't have league sponsors on uniforms cause they pay them off, right buddy. I'm sorry but I just prefer teams like SKA, Minks, Slovan that have fans behind them, not team like CSKA who have as many fans coming to games as you could see in that I.Radulov Play-off preview video, in fact that video probably was shot during a game when there was commercial break or something

SKA is as pathetic club as it gets, they think that they will buy all stars and the cup will be theirs! 0/4 cup wins so far and i predict 0/5.
Can`t say that i like CSKA that much more, but still SKA is ****ing lame.

CSKA is a functioning school, producing stars, CSKA has a ton of our own players and CSKA is only highly financially supported for the past year or so. I had been with the team since the early 80's and saw all the ups and downs. SKA is a fictitious garbage, just like Zenit.. Unlimited money will do a lot in a corrupt environment. So from the perspective, yes SKA has used it's unlimited supply wisely.
