Galchenyuk is one of the worst interviews in hockey today.

We aren't paying him to talk, we're paying him to be awesome at hockey: which he is.

I love the Eller-Galcheyuk-Prust line. Will be interesting to see how Eller-Galcheyuk-Gallagher would do.

Taylor Hall, Yakapov, and a first.

We'll even include Weber if we have to.

Props to our amazing coach. With Martin behind the bench he would have seen 2 minutes of ice time.

WE HAVE AN AMAZING COACH.

Whats amazing are his numbers considering his ice time and his plus/minus leading the team i think. He seems very responsible defensively which is amazing at his age.

So once Gally comes back, who moves to another line, Eller or Prust?

Pacioretty-Desharnais-Cole
Bourque-Plekanec-Gionta
Eller-Galchenyuk-Gally
Prust-White/Moen/Armstrong

I would like to see the EGG line getting 13-14 minutes per game against weaker opposition when Gally comes back.

As far as I'm concerned, until Cole shows he gives a damn, we can limit the defensive crappiness of the Pacioretty-DD line by adding a forward who can actually play defense and seems to care. Meanwhile, Cole can still try to draw penalties by skating like the wind and his defensive crappiness isn't exposed as badly against other 4th liners.

Gallagher proved he isn't relying on Galchenyuk before he got hurt. Prust - Galchenyuk - Eller is a great third line for the team right now. Cole can move to the fourth line until he shows a spark. Armstrong can sit.

Ironically enough, the two last wins were quite Martin-esque. Trapping, put them to sleep hockey.

But yeah, probably a lot less trust in rookies.

Under Martin, games in which the team were skating hard for every inch of space was rare to find, and once we got a lead, we get would suddenly get passive. This game against the Rags was truly a doozy, but I think that was more from it being a back-to-back.

But against Carolina, we were skating, getting sticks or something in the way, and putting ourselves in position to disrupt plays. It was not exciting, yet at the same, the players weren't just sitting back flat-footed.

And the passing is much better with this team, even from guys like Moen and Armstrong
