Edit: Next Thread could be ----> Alex Galchenyuk Thread 11.0 - Calder Edition

Edit2: hooo and BTW, I really miss the number 94 of Gally
11.0 - Calder?
12.0 - Calder!

I though so, but now I don't. We need wingers now (and maybe a long term solution for 2nd line center). With 4 picks in top60, we should aim for 3 forwards and one big stay at home D.
The long-term (next 4 years) solution for second-line center is Plekanec.

Eller will be, in my opinion, a good third-line center or fair second-line winger.

Still can't figure out how he got the puck past the D before passing to Prust on his goal. Anyone who hasn't followed Gally would think it's a fluke play but he seems to thrive in that kind of chaos. He must be awesome at ping pong and soccer.

It was slike.
All I can say is that I needed to see a replay to see if what I saw was for real...it was!

But he could have been playing 10 minutes a game more in Sarnia and learning a lot more. We would have also saved a year of ELC

Yeah but it would have been a very controversial pick to take him #1, adding even more pressure on Galchenyuk.
I agree 100%

Still can't see it. My player won't do super slow motion. Did he just tap the puck towards himself? It was just too damn fast...

Especially since he's not helping the team and we're not even competitive

Main difference is Gally did not slide to the middle of the ice and he got up right away. I know it's a double standard but hockey is very conservative.

EDIT: Pts/game, he's the best 18 years old the Habs had ever had.

Martin McGuire on 98.5 FM was on that flight and said the day it happened that the Gally's took off their shirts in the plane to sort of get comfortable with the Florida weather apparently. I know, it sounds quite odd.
