I still think we should give Hansen a luchador's mask and play him anyways. Pretend that we just signed this rising star from Mexico. Jesus Jañsen.

Don't worry, AV will replace Kassian for Weise and Raymond for Higgins before the end of tonight

Im assuming the d pairs stay the same (against my better judgement) but at least we get to see HamJuice reunited

Hamhuis-Bieska
Edler-Tanev
Ballard-Garrison

edit- I messed up the bottom pairing, supposed to be Garrison on the left, Ballard on the right.

was just a shot in the dark I knew Garrison had played his offside and Ballard really can't so I just assumed. Thank you for the info though

I like. Keep Raymond away from Kesler and keep him with Schroeder as the two of them have some good chemistry. I'll be watching Kassian to see if he can get his motor running again. This is a good opportunity for him. It looks like Tanev and Edler play together. That could be a good long term pairing.

Like those line combos. Hopefully the defensive shake up works as well.

Kassian needs to have a big game tonight or we may not see him in the top six again for a while.

Like that Booth is playing with Schroeder as his C. At the same time, I don't like that he's on the RW, but whaddaya gonna do? Forward lines look good. Dislike the D pairings but that's a story for another time.

On the PP, hopefully they keep their 1st unit together, and then something like this for the 2nd unit:

Booth-Schroeder-Kassian
Raymond-Garrison

Have Booth and Kassian crash for the puck. After retrieval, get Schroeder on the left half wall, Raymond on the right. Kassian actually behind the net as a rover, and Booth right in front. Reason: I like Kassian's ability keep the play alive down low more than I do Booth's. Umbrella formation like the first unit with Garrison firing at the point. QB's should be Schroeder/Raymond. If one player isn't working, sub in Higgins.

That 2nd unit should be enough talent to generate something. Two right-shots as well.

Ugh, Higgins is playing well, but is a momentum killer on the 2nd line.

I`d rather do one of the following:

Booth - Kesler - Kassian
Higgins - Schroeder - Raymond

Higgins - Kesler - Booth
Raymond - Schroeder - Kassian

or even...

Sedin - Sedin - Kassian
Higgins/Booth - Kesler - Burrows
Higgins/Booth - Raymond - Schroeder

Win it for honning grævling!!!!!

3-1 Canucks win.
Kassian, D. Sedin, and Booth with the goals.

Not sure if I like breaking up Ballard and Tanev.

Ballard is a fish out of water without him. This should be interesting.

I'd be depressed too if I was only making $5 mil in the NHL on a top team.

I'm honestly choked this is happening at all. I understand that we need to get Garrison a partner, but why torpedo everything Tanev and Ballard have done together. I am really feelin' bad about this.

This is what I like to see. Top guys on their proper side. I hate seeing top guys limited in their potential. I rather a bottom guy switch and learn to adapt. Crossing my fingers for ballard to figure it out

Tanev gets an even better partner, to help his growth.
