I disagree. He's looked pretty sharp tonight.
The only thing he did wrong was he was out of position on one shot, but then he made that great save after.
I haven't really noticed many bad rebounds, either.

i do give him credit for playing thru injury, but it aint helping.
Weiss not playing like he normally can does two things for us:
1) Lowers his trade value which is really bad for us but I think certain teams will still take a chance on him.
2) Lowers his re-sign value which is possibly good for us if he isn't traded. Maybe his off year reduces the amount of salary he could be re-signed for.

TBH, I would have preferred he just crumbled tonight. He's creating an even bigger controversy by playing well.
I don't think he can do anything tonight to create controversy.
Markstrom is still playing tomorrow, and I'm sure Theodore will get a game soon, as well.
If anything, some team might want to trade for him.
Just got home after watching the first period in the hallway between classes.
This is a LOT more fun to watch, but my confusion remains. Who IS this team? Which version of their schizophrenic selves are going to show up on any night? In any period?
Not gonna complain... like I said - this is way more fun to watch. But I'm still waiting for an identity to surface.
