I don't think he intended to go for the knees but should be suspended anyway. Gotta be more careful.

That was a dirtball play with the worst explanation ever. Good job Taylor Hall.

But the two-time NHL MVP broke out in a big way, turning in his first three-goal game since a 4-1 victory at Toronto on Jan. 22, 2011.

Selanne just got his 250th PP goal. Just past Esposito for 3rd place.
*Friesen was a better playoff player, tho.*

Also, I have no idea if it's a national broadcast or Chicago's that I'm watching, but they just called Hemsky Nugent-Hopkins.

Yeah, 8s and 9s are pretty hard to tell from that far away, plus they're similar builds. It's like when Randy always messed up Ian White and Joe Pavelski.

But honestly, I'm only being half sarcastic. I identify players by handedness almost as often as number. And it's not my job to be able to identify players on the spot.
But seriousness aside, I think they were just in denial that a player on Edmonton outside of the Big 4 can actually handle the puck. The irony is that Hemsky is the best of them all.

I hope Edmonton fans don't get too attatched to the kids..i have a feeling one of them will be moved in the next few years for much needed D or depth.
