I would have rather they had a real outdoors. I want to see who is desperate to freeze and be out there. Being outside late at night smoking cigarettes is the best social game.

What about the rest of the Maritimes? Quebec? How about the rest of Ontario? As much as the GTA seems to think it, they aren't all that make up Ontario.
Manitoba? Saskatchewan?

Especially the bedroom setup. I like having several different bedrooms since it lends itself to more scheming. One giant bedroom, I'm not so sure.

pretty sure the reason why the show is starting now is because they dont want it on at the same time as the US version

Agreed. I mean, you have 2 people from Scarborough and you couldn't get one person from Quebec?

I was looking forward to having a hometown interest in the show (thought for sure at least one of the HG's would be from my home province) so I have to say I'm a little less interested in it now that there's not one.

Oh well, the Quebec contestant would probably just vote to seperate themselves from the house anyway when anything didn't go their way.

I think Jay Leno's looking for some new writers, a zinger like this would make you a shoo-in.

I wish they would also ask them what their comfort item is going to be. Dan set the bar on that last season of US BB.

I'm an anglophone from Quebec and all I'm going to say is, quit being so ignorant.

Maybe they didnt allow anyone from Quebec in the house? You know how during some "sweepstakes" or competitions in Canada when you read the rules it says something like "Contest is open to all residents in Canada, excluding those on Quebec" for no reason given.

maybe? I dunno

Why would they hold those auditions in Montreal though if that were the case?

the reason is that the contest MUST be translated in french in order to be accepted in Quebec. (it obviously sucks as a law).
but this time is not the case. they just simply didnt chose a Qc resident, like Saskatchewan or Winnipeg residents.
if you remember Canadian Idol, So you think you can dance? they've been won by Quebec residents. so Canadian TV shows are okay.

Yeah, just on the radio as far as I know. I'm one of the ones who actually loved his late night show.

Just think, when this is done, we only have to wait like another 2 months for BBUS to start.

The inside looks super open and spaced out...the outside looks really cramped and small.

For those without Slice, looks like it will also be on Global TV.

Not 100% sure but I think Global is only airing the premiere tonight.
