Call him a choke all you want, Thornton would still be one of the better centers we ever had. On a different planet from Beaver Brad.

And your D is not stacked; not sure who wrote that but that is a big time exaggeration. we can have both because the comparison is apples and oranges.
Dan Boyle, Brent Burns, Marc-Edouard Vlasic, Brad Stuart. Which is he supposed to knock out of the top-4? Demers has played a full season as our #3 defenseman when our D wasn't stacked, when we were icing the likes of Kent Huskins and Niclas Wallin. Demers has proven he can play at a high level in the NHL for an extended period of time. He's not a depth player. Our D is stacked.

It is obvious you either can't read your own posts, or can't put coherent thoughts together.

Like Kreider and Hagelin are in the same league as Braun.
Dream on buddy.

Who said Kreider was available?
Somebody said Braun is available, I offered a third very politely. You don't like the offer, fine, no issues. Don't be so uptight about it.

Hagelin is. Kreider certainly hasn't proven that he is.

No, what happened is I listed the player's we would have interest in and the players that might be available. Not the players we are desperate to trade, just who might be available. I did not presume to guess the availability of value of players on a team I do not follow closely, as you seem to want to do. What you did is read the name Kreider in a post and jump to conclusions.

You and I had a civilized discussion. I did not trash your players, I paid a compliment to Sheppard. And you did not trash mine.
I made an offer for Braun.
Then I get flamed by shark4life.

Yah you are correct, I missed his line about 'keeping your ideas to yourself', that was unnecessary and uncalled for. You don't know who Braun is, I get that, its fine, but he is worth more than a 3rd.

No one here insulted Krieder though, they were just pointing out that while he has a more well known name, he's still an unproven depth player at the moment. Braun doesn't have his kind of upside, but he's also gotten closer to hitting his potential than Krieder has. They certainly are not equal in value and no one was that I see was implying that.

I didn't once say anywhere that they were comparable... all i implied was your offer for braun was an insult.

while i admit that could be taken as a bit harsh, the fact is that i'm not the one belittling the other teams prospects and at no point did i say they were comparable value, all i was pointing out is that the offer for braun was insulting.

My team's prospects are future stars. Your team's prospects are no more than depth guys. My team's roster players are untouchable. Your team's roster players are washed up and you are lucky I even offer scraps for them. You disagree? You clearly don't know much hockey.

95% of hf trade proposals summed up?

yea I want the Rangers to move Boyle who makes about the same as Burish not add salary

For those that say the Rangers and Sharks are not a fit why were the Sharks scouting the Rangers back to back games this yr?

Rangers are interested in Boyle.........maybe SJ wants DZ or Gaborik...........Doubt anything happens but they have been scouting them that's a fact
