Does anyone think we should almost bump Palushaj into Jones' spot? Besides the OT winner the other night, Jones has been completely useless. What have we got to lose?

Also, someone please tell me how a guy like Zanon still has a job in the NHL. I have a hard time believing there isn't 100+ guys in the AHL who could do a better job then he has. He is a total liability, every time he touches the puck it's either a turnover or a horrible pass that results in a blown opportunity. The guy is really bad, and he's not even an enforcer, what is his role exactly?

I bet if he didn't have a huge beard he wouldn't be in the lineup.

I'd prefer to keep McLeod - Mitchell - Hejduk. I think Hejduk helps the cycle game on that line since he has the ability to hang on to the puck for a second and McLeod and Mitchell need a bit of skill to help them.

I think Palushaj will sit.

We have a fantastic goaltender, I'd gladly take a dman who can actually complete a breakout pass with even remote accuracy, or even a half ass shot from the blue line, as opposed to a guy who is a pylon/shot blocker.

Just hoping they keep the Duchene line together and put Landeskog with Stastny. Everything else is going to be a gong show anyways.

Sacco said today that is what he's gonna do. McLeod with Mitchell and Hejduk too.

Landy looked excited about it too, saying he's never played with Staz for more than a period.

He has now reached his quota for the week. I'm expecting a Hunwick-Barrie top pairing now.

I'm incredibly excited to see Landeskog and Stastny together. Which line is the first line now? Either Doughty is going to spend his night chasing Duchene, or battling with Landeskog. Duchene/Landeskog on two different lines gives the team such a more dynamic feel. I think Stastny and Landeskog are going to gel like Stewart-Stastny did.

God I hope so. Getting Stastny and the 2nd line going could be the difference between last in the west and flirting with a playoff spot.

I agree, having Duchene and Landeskog splitting lines and ice time makes a lot of sense. Gives me that Sakic/Forsberg feel to it. I imagine with the game on the line though we'd see them both on the ice. Too bad Downie is out for the season, I would have liked to see him play with Stastny on the right.

Yeah he has been using this one all season I believe. I would like him to get a new one next year with some mountains on it. Let Giggy help him with the design. Giggy has a sick mask.
