Anderson probably won't be going anywhere. He trains in the off-season with Lowry, Gay and Telfair so he's kind of "in" with the current team

Donuts across the board in 12 minutes for Bargs. In spite of what Jack says about not booing him, I wouldn't be angry if it just look like he (Bargs) gave a crap. But let's be honest. He basically checked out the minute he got hurt last season.

I wish there was a YT of Sam Mitchell's infamous "zero, zero, zero, zero, zero" rant to accompany this.

And the Knicks just dare Anderson to shoot over and over and over.

Turd
Chuckerson
Fields

Are all in destroying our lead. They should fire Casey just for that.

Chuckerson is a big believer in the gambler's fallacy. If he starts a game 0-8 and he's a 38% shooter on the year, then obviously he's due to go like 10-16 so he can reach his average.

it's like a law of physics or something. Right?

I don't like how long Lucas is holding the ball, wearing down clock.

This game is the polar opposite of the last game vs the Knicks. and this game is a good example of why we needed Telfair.

No foul? LOLOLOL

Also lol at JL3 taking up 20 seconds of the shot clock and handing it to Gay forcing him to chuck up a terrible shot.

I hate Casey with a passion now. The guy has no idea how to manage a bench.

Lucas and Anderson get on my damn nerves. They have like 1 good game and then follow it up with 9 horrible ones.

They completely blew our lead.

I don't like all Casey's bench decisions, this one is mostly just illustrative of why the Telfair trade was necessary. Lowry is a 30-35 minute a night guy. So that's round 10-15 minutes a night that has to go to his backup. And shows why Lucas can't be counted on for those minutes on an ongoing basis.

It doesn't excuse all his other decisions, but it does at least show why Lucas getting all these minutes is more an issue of necessity than choice.

Still feeling what I mostly felt during the trade. Hated giving up a very productive and cheap player in Davis and taking on Gay's salary because it gives Raps little flexibility to improve the team. Gay has struggled to shoot well but he's been pretty good for us late in games and that's certainly changed a lot about the Raptors. I'd have liked the trade more if we gave up Bargnani or DeMar salary in that trade instead of Davis.

At the time, I questioned how DeMar and Gay would play with each other having similar styles and while its small sample size, they haven't hurt each others game.

Raps are certainly a better team with Gay but at the same time, you question how good they really are. I mean, I certainly don't think this team can compete for a championship is merely a decent/above average team. Do we kinda just trend mediocrity for a bit longer? I don't want to be negative because the team is playing well, Raps are winning well, we're all liking Rudy right now... and for now, I'll hold off until I see what exactly the finish product is. JV and Ross are going to have to step it up big for the team to take that next step.

Not sure if he will want to. With Gay and Fields, he'll have a tough time getting enough minutes next season unless the team decides to give minutes to him instead of Ross which would be a mistake. They'll keep him if they can get rid of Fields elsewhere.

After all those ticky tack calls, they are allowing the Knicks to be MUCH more physical defensively. Maybe it's homer goggles, but it seems like a double standard to me.

the refs have been hosing the Raptors all year on foul calls. Nothing new here. Welcome to the NBA, where referee favortism happens.
