Chicago likely won't move any roster forwards (maybe Mayers, for roster-limit reasons) this year.

But even if they would, they wouldn't do this swap. LaRose is smaller, older, slower and more expensive. They're both UFA's, but this is a big pass from Chicago. Doesn't help that LaRose only has 1 goal and point this year.
