Rangers say Marc Staal has the flu, but his absence from this AM skate does not mean he is out of the lineup

Biron's numbers are much better in Montreal than Hanks.

Doesn't mean I think this team can break that ****ing curse, especially on a nationally televised game in Canada and ****ing HOCKEY NIGHT IN CANADA.

PP opportunities will be 6-1 in favor of Montreal.

Rangers haven't won in Montreal since March 2009. woo woo

I'm going all-in on Rangers. The payout is probably ridiculous.

Staal has the flu. That still sucks ass, but it's not too bad. Currently removing all my things from the bunker.

a flu ridden staal is better than a healthy bickel...this is going to be a rough game, but gotta go out hard and push has hard they can...I love being an underdog, and make no mistake, tonight with our injuries and recent play we are the underdog!

Let's go out there and play out of our minds and get the win!!!!

Half my fantasy team is injured. Malkin went down last night. I'm not planning on my team doing anything now.

This has all the makings of a slaughter. Good Lord have mercy on us. If Thomas is playing he needs to be in the top 9, what's the use of having him play 5 minutes on the 4th line?

Staal with the flu; Nash out; Powe out; Del Zotto limping; Biron in net.

10-0 Montreal.

This is shaping up to be a game I give them 0% chance of winning.

Which ironically in the past 1-2 years has been when they come out and make me look like an idiot.

Game like this, with guys all banged up, uncertainy on who is playing etc. I would love to see Torts give one of the kids a full game on the top line. Like Miller over say Pyatt.

Change it up some.

So, injury report:

IR - Nash, Powe
Questionable - Staal
Doubtful - Del Zotto
Out - Asham

Honestly? I'd split up McD and Girardi. No need to play them 35 minutes. Stralman has been playing very capably as of late. Gilroy hasn't been terrible either.

McD - Stralman
Gilroy - Girardi
Bickel - Eminger

So now that's Staal, Del Zotto, Nash, Powe, and Asham all out, CT's flight delayed, and Biron in net.

Make that 12-0.
