Look who's the tough guy going after Gudbranson.

Funny how things change.

Looks clean to me.

Remember, if Malkin was did this to another player, he would have punched him while he was down as well for good measure.

OV just scored a vintage goal; skate down wing, power shot through the defender, score.

It's always like that though. At least for the last 2 years.

If they win, they are winning the cup.

If they lose, they are a lottery pick

Eliotte Friedman reporting on new realignment proposal. It has Columbus joining our "conference," and Detroit joining the Toronto-Boston-Florida contingent. No longer a spot open for Quebec City in that scenario. Wild Card likely added

Here's some tweets from Elliotte Friedman regarding potential realignment.

@FriedgeHNIC: The new re-alignment NHL/NHLPA have worked on -- I: CAR/CLB/NJ/NYI/NYR/PHI/PIT/WASH

@FriedgeHNIC: II: BOS/BUF/DET/FLA/MON/OTT/TB/TOR

@FriedgeHNIC: III: CHI/COL/DAL/MIN/NASH/STL/WIN

@FriedgeHNIC: IV: ANA/CAL/EDM/LA/PHOE/SJ/VAN

@FriedgeHNIC: Some kind of wild-card is being discussed for the two 8-team divisions. I'm not sure of the outcome, though

Benn (Jamie) - Thornton fight. Interesting

Thornton's hit Benn between the legs with the stick before that.. Unnecessary

Columbus, LA, and NYR all have a shot at a lottery pick at this point.....which is good for Columbus because they have all 3

I hope so. It'd be cool to see the Rangers win the draft lottery but have to give Seth Jones to CBJ

So Malkin is out indefinitely, rags have injuries. We have some guys coming back and the schedule is starting to relax a bit. I hope we can put up some points in the standings.

A coaches challenge on disputed goals could be in the near future.

I think its a good idea.
