Love Cherry but he's all over the place more than me....he mentions the Leafs are the toughest teams in hockey

just curious in a line brawl to start the game, what 5 Leafs would you guys put out there; I know the Bruins arent anymore after John Scott cut their testicles off with wire cutters and has them over his locker and hence why the Bruins have been playing scared the past 3 weeks but....the Leafs tough? they get in a lot of fights but I'm not seeing Dave Schultz, Bob Kelly, Mel Bridgeman, Behn Wilson, and Don Saleski (btw a terrible fighter but he tried)

Wow.

And, if Lucic snaps on somebody tomorrow, people will say he has to be smarter and control his temper, wrong timing, should be suspended, blah blah blah. He can't even finish a hit w/o someone saying he's out of control.

I didn't see Scott in either game running around. He beat Thorts, and that was that. In fact I can't remember a single player, even Ott, from any team that's gone out of their way to draw attention from the B's. Has Seguin or Krejci been roughed up?

More worried why they couldn't beat two teams everyone else is stepping on like dog ****. Rags and Sabres.

If the leafs senators game goes to overtime, the Bruins will be 7th in the conference and 4th in the division

It didn't, Greening scores with 23 seconds left so Ottawa with all their injuries defeat the Leafs in regulation. I wouldn't worry about the Bruins place in the standings based on points, best winning percentage in the East and only behind Anaheim and Chicago. Habs beat Rangers and continue rolling.

Puzzles me how we could surrender 4 and 3 goals in our last 2 games against the Rags.
They're horrible.

Don't get their weak PP as well. Why is Torts using Richards on the point?

Those Sens ... without Cowen, Michalek, Spezza, Karlsson and Anderson ... they just keep winning. Imagine them with a healthy roster. They're amazing.

Rangers fans are in complete meltdown mode on the main boards. Yikes.

They should be, they look horrible. Maybe torts should emulate another system and try again.

I think Torts' days in Gotham City have come to an end. They got worse when they brought Nash in.

I don't know if Rick Nash is the key to the success fm the Rangers' offense, but that's what they're gonna hang their hats on. What a miserable performance tonight, and their offense is non-existent without him. 17 shots for Torts' crew tonight.

Just as bad, Richards looks invisible out there.

Better them than us. When you collapse like that in your own end, it's harder to break out in number where guys like Nash thrive, instead everyone is flat footed. You have to be committed to that system in all 3 zones, and they're not. Add the habs are used to the B's, so.

Dan Girardi's ankle got pulverized. That's what you get when your entire team obsesses about blocking shots. That franchise goalie with giant pads on his legs can handle it.

It's the usual shoot-yourself-in-the-foot game the Rangers play, by bringing in another 'star'.

It always seemed like sooner or later the constant shot-blocking would catch up with the Rangers.

I hope Girardi will be able to return quickly.

It's Lucic's fault.

Scott is lucky Joe is playing in the West.

So the Habs have played 12 out of 18 at home.
They'll be on the road the next couple of weeks. I don't expect them to keep their pace up.

McDonagh likely suffered a concussion. Was victimized by Pacioretty:

Remember when he drilled Mark Eaton in the back? Does he not know you can't hit guys in the back? Girardi also left the game with an ankle injury.
