If he gets suspended, I have 2 games...
1- It's a minor infraction, so 1 game.
2- Then they'll add 1 game because he's a repeat offender (see 3? games suspension vs Letang)

It was a reward for his play.

Back on topic, anywho... Does Torts always find ways to reflect the blame on others? Christ, your team lost. Take some heat for a change.
He's not doing his team any favours by making excuses.

I didn't think it was a suspension.

He's better for sure. Still think that he should play PK more and I'm glad he finally gave a chance to Eller.

don't start the shiiiit in the first place and you won't have to worry about getting hit back.

saying McD let up and could have killed him, but he sure drove him into the board and yes he did rings his bells and Max was hurting for a long time on the bench, OH sorry you forgot that part I guess.
This year the habs are a bit changed. hit me and I hit you, hurt me and I hurt you, why you say? because of all the things that have happened to the Habs in the last little while, yes things like NO SUSPENSION for Chara and such. Nobody cried for the Habs when Max was out the rest of the season, or when Markov got put out for nearly 2 seasons and no suspension.

From now on it's hit me and I HIT YOU BACK.
With a lineup that includes Plecs, Gionta and DD that might not be the best strategy.

Prust downgraded to 4th line? You can't disrupt the 2/3 lines; they are doing amazing.
If if it were me, I'd run Prust with Plekanec and Bourque. Put Bourque back on his natural side.

However, Prust will go down to the 4th line in reality.

Who sits? White or Armstrong. My choice would be Armstrong - White is a better hockey player, hits harder and is solid in the dot.

He also loves parking himself infront of the net. Man I love white as long as he can stop the dumb stuff. It's as simple as telling the guy before hand that you are going to fight him. Give him a chance to react. The only thing I don't like about White's game.

I'd try to keep prust in the top three lines as well.

Our team is not built to play this type of game. If we hurt people with illegal hits we will get payback. If we did this ag bruins or leafs or Sabres we would regret it. Do u really think max can survive a fight with mclaren Orr Scott mcquaid or Lucic?

Not frightened.
Concerned about players health. I want to see Eller, max, Chuckie, and Galls healthy and frisky.

I know a melee is not good for us because we have no heavy weight enforcers to do that job.

Good question. I don't have the answer. I would imagine there were plenty of fights after if hits were illegal or chippy.

Raffi Torres hasn't had to survive fights with heavyweights - http://www.hockeyfights.com/players/819 - McQuaid being the closest in the last few years. AFAIK he hasn't skated too much on lines with enforcers.

Just read on the Rangers board; Girardi doesn't have a fracture, apparently. Only bruised bone.

Can't say I am really sad; it's always a shame to see a full-blown injury because of an unlucky play.

In other news:

SUBBAN BUST. Man, what a weak shot.

Heard on the radio last night that they where laughing it up because Therrien was looking at Torts at the end of the match for a good minute without checking the game ,in answer to is coment of Monday and Torts was looking the other way with is back turned. The comment was from the annoucer Martin Mcguire on the french radio habs games.
I am looking for a replay of it but cant find it .In the game you see Gio laughing it up on Desharnais<s sholder. Was pretty funny hearing Mcguire's comment ,if anybody find it can you post it please.
