I guess that's why I've never liked Tootoo. Of course he plays it smart and doesn't put the team on the PK, but I can't imagine everyone on his team exactly applauding him for turtling.

Change of possession seems like a discretion call. I've seen it both ways, where a save gets the whistle or if the puck is loose play continues on.
