@asktheduffer: Kronwall has figured in 6 of #redwings last 9 goals - 3 of 4 Saturday, 3 of 5 tonight.

I'm sure there have been calls both ways that were missed.

But Crosby plays much tougher hockey than the Sedins. I respect Crosby - even if I dislike him,
I don't have much respect for the Sedins, despite all that skill.

Kind of misleading. PP gets hot. Guy on point collects lots of second assists and lucky bounce points

But Kronwall has SUCKED.
He's had three good games -- and even in these games he's getting bailed out by his goalie.
So yes, he sucks. Or does GLARING -8 not make the point clear enough for you?
Look, If Kronwall is rocking the PP for a couple weeks, great.
But three productive games isn't enough for me to erase the first 18-- And he outright SUCKED for 18 games
I don't think it's even possible to respond to a post this hyperbole laced.

Ironic that Babs always criticizes Smith and Kindl by saying I'm interested in the offense they provide us, but they give too much offense to the other team. And his #1 defensemen is Niklas Kronwall
He pretty much defines that statement.

Agreed.
All that said, the reffing has been horrible.
Refs are making bad calls. And to make up for it, they're making more bad calls.

The Wings kept the Nucks to 3 shots in period 2.

Kronwall playing is well tonight, I can look past his defensive mistakes when he's putting up 3 points a game.
He's now got 16 points in 19 games and is now only -6 on the season, if he can keep his play at this level for a couple more games he may just get back to the right side of 0.

Yeah, I think we'd all gladly trade a few of those points for a couple fewer defensive lapses
