I'm to lazy to make a "has wrestle more matches in one year then Taker in 4 years" Picture. I don't cheap shot wrestlers, I enjoy their entertainment

Just a picture I found, but the 4 years thing goes to 2009, which still makes it false lol. If we REALLY go into details...

Rock: SS11, WM28, RR13, EC13 in last four years

Taker: RR09, NWO09, WM25...FAST FORWARD...WM26, WM27, WM28, House Show 2/23/13

I'm not even including matches on SD/Raw/house shows in early 09 and skipped everything from WM25-WM26.

I wish, but what sense would it make for 'Taker to run in McMahon-Heyman. It's obvious that Lesnar will appear, but makes no sense for anyone other than to be in there.

I think Taker will cost Punk his match vs Cena setting up Taker vs Punk. The lights will go out, and everyone will think it's the Shield taking out Cena, they'll come back on and Taker will be in the ring with Punk. Feud will be based on respect.

Or the lights will go out and Taker will "last ride" Punk but lay his hands to "rest" and when the lights come back on there won't be anyone there except cena. Leaving punk to think its Shield (with the triple power bomb) but the fans will all know who it really is...

Yeah, right. I can only wish.

IF (and that's a major IF) HHH doesn't want the spotlight, Brock/HHH confront each other and he simply says this: "I might not be able to beat you, but I damn sure know someone who will."

Lights go out - the roof blows off the place.

Why would HHH do this? Because he'd put over Brock so well by saying he can't beat him. And we know HHH won't do it, but at this point in his career, why not? It also sets up a HUGE match. Brock/Taker and Triple threat main event would be huge for WM.

edit: And I really do not want to see Punk/Taker. They have zero chemistry together and do not mesh well. Their feud in 08/09 or whatever it was... was HORRIBLE.

While I do not want to see 'Taker/Punk, I don't think it's fair for people to keep bringing up that feud. Sure it wasn't the best, but Punk was just starting to be utilized as a "semi-major" competitor in the WWE, I really don't think he was ready to go toe-to-toe with the Dead Man.

Now that he's had time to actually understand what main-event status is, as well as put on 5-star matches and work with more "established" performers, who knows what they could do together!! He's certainly proved that he'd be able to do some amazing promos.. possibly about 'Taker being a "has-been who only comes back for one match a year while Punk busts his ass in the ring every week..".. stuff like that.. It could turn out pretty damn well!

Why would Taker interfere and attack Punk? even if Taker was the one to call Punk out for the feud, Taker's character isn't one to interfere and attack someone, his status is beyond something like that.

If Punk feuds with Taker, Punk should be the one calling him out. Calling out Taker and the streak because he's already had such a great run with the belt and now wants to knock the streak off (which he now declares more important if his chance at a title shot is gone), calling out Taker for being old and washed up, calling out Taker for being another guy, like the Rock, who just shows up on occasion.

You're right. History has shown that he waits until AFTER the match!! He may be the "Dead Man", but inside, his heart is alive..

Been saying this for a solid 2 to 3 weeks now. This is what I picture happening tonight.

This makes too much sense, WWE would never go for it I love it though, cuz you're absolutely right about putting Brock over. He's had (I think two matches) since his return, a loss to Cena and a lackluster victory over HHH. Hyping him up for a match with Taker, although I think he should still take a loss here, would be great for his character.

He's not going to fight Brock because he's a worn down old man and Brock would be too much for him to cope with at this point.

Brock would destroy Undertaker. Undertaker wouldn't be able to keep up.

And yeah, while we would all love to see Cena-Rock-Punk triple threat, Vince doesn't care. He thinks Rock-Cena would make more money and everyone pretty much hates triple threats in the 'Mania main event. Punk would also get a babyface reaction compared to Rock and Cena, something Vince definitely doesn't want.

This is another reason I think Taker should have retired after WM28. I'd rather him go out with the "End of an Era" at 20-0 than have him try to keep up with a younger star or even water down his matches so that he doesn't get crippled in the ring. Either that, or he should rest up this year and have his retirement match at WM30.

And Undertaker looks fantastic in that video. He'll have six more weeks to train as well to get ready. 'Taker's gonna be just fine for Wrestlemania.

Whatever reason they have for a taker vs anyone feud this year heading into WM (just cause let's say punk) at WM have punk on the verge of victory. But due to a ref bump the count is delayed and it is clear punk would have won. Then have Bryan or Cesaro or Sandow interfere costing punk the win.
You get punk looking strong, the record intact and a good feud with punk vs any of those guys.
Downside is taker looks mortal and punk would obviously want a rematch at 30 which could be good or bad depending on how much people want a taker vs Cena match. But even a punk vs taker rematch could be good if you focus on how punk obviously would have won and make taker the underdog at 30.

Punk-Taker have a history of not so good matches though. Maybe they can turn it around at Wrestlemania, but Punk can't really work with big men I find.

Taker-Cena have a history of good matches with each other and I'd expect nothing less from the two at WM30 in quite possibly, Undertaker's last match.

As noted earlier, The Undertaker returned to action at last night's WWE live event in Waco, Texas. Undertaker teamed with Sheamus to defeat Damien Sandow and Wade Barrett.

While many see the appearance as confirmation that Undertaker will be competing at WrestleMania, that is not necessarily the case. A WWE source told me that he believes that Undertaker was "testing the waters" to see if he could actually work a quality match at WrestleMania. I haven't heard any word yet on what the consensus was following the match, but the source said that he expects Undertaker to work the event.

PWInsider reported last October that the hip replacement Undertaker had done several years ago was badly damaged during his match with Triple H at last year's WrestleMania. He was so beat up last fall that he stopped seeing specialists in New York, and WWE flew doctors to his home in Texas. The Wrestling Observer reported that Undertaker had major shoulder and hip surgery over the past year, which made it impossible for him to do any serious training for some time. He reportedly couldn't work his upper body because of shoulder rehab, and couldn't do any lower body because of the hip rehab.

The Wrestling Observer also recently reported that Undertaker didn't want to return and have a mediocre match, and only wanted to come back if he could give a good performance.

He doesn't look too banged up in the video (albeit short). He hits the corners harder than almost every wrestler on the roster. Reminded me of how Hart used to rock the turnbuckle.
