Me too. It's a great idea. Hopefully no one ruins it.

Phoenix has been clutching and grabbing like it's 2003 all night. Do the stripes call anything? Nope - they need to stay focused on things that are truly ruining the game, like players coming out of the penalty box and touching the puck a millisecond before their skates hit the ice, or players touching the puck with their gloves on faceoffs.
I guess I should be glad the NHL's upper management team isn't in charge of law enforcement. They'd pull all the officers off the **** and murder investigations to assist in the jaywalking crackdown.

From what I understand of the rule, both feet have to be on the ice.

They just showed the replay in the intermission, neither of his feet were down when he touched the puck.
It doesn't matter though because it's still a penalty if only one of his feet has touched down.

If that is the rule then I retract my objection.

Good lord, Smith just got saved by Summers and Klesla, fanned on the puck trying to clear it.

Calgary looks like they're protecting the lead. Both teams are on a back to back, are they just more worn out?

No, they both pretty much always look like that.

Beauchemin with a 4 point night on top of a terrific defensive performance. Ducks keep on rolling.
