Congrats to Jennifer Lawrence on a well deserved win.

It was nice to see them dole out some awards to entertaining movies and performers this year as they often go to artsy films that the critics care for far more than the viewers.

Like to see the likes of Chistopher Waltz. Jennifer Lawrence, Anne Hathaway, DDL & Ben Affleck taking home trophies tonight. Thought they did a good job this year except the snub to Ben Affleck for Best Director.

She looks good with excessive eyeliner b/c it makes her eyes pop. Zoey Deschanel pulls this off the best b/c she has the bluest eyes ever. Although, depends on what you call excessive. Cuz deschanel looks good whether its excessive or not haha

Why all the .gifs and screen caps. Geekboy Internet community trying to make something outta nothing. Anyways she looked fantastic tonight and was great in Silver Linings, well deserved win. Good for her.

Happen to Natalie Portman, Mila Kunis, Anne Hathaway and Emma Stone. Now its happening to J Law. I think it has something to do with this chicks being more nerdy, awkward, weird or quirky. This makes them a little bit more attainable in their mind, a little bit more attractive and a little cooler.

Obviously these internet nerds can look at a chick like Candice Swanepoel and say she is hot but she isn't relatable and way out of their leagues but these girls seem like girls they could meet at a local library (in their fantasies, of course). In their minds, These girls would relate to them the most. Thats why every J Law post is front paged on ******, this thread has 4 pages and every little, funny or quirky thing is screen capped or gif'd.

And I will say that I consider myself one of these nerds to a degree. Some of the quirky, nerdy, weird things that chicks like Kunis, Hathaway, Stone or Lawrence do really make them more attractive but in the end, I would say that all these chicks are very overrated in terms of physical attractiveness.

You are committing too many words to screen. Its just as simple as saying people can be attracted to a personality as much as they can to pure physical beauty.

Like a Megan Fox. Attractive as hell but even if she were attainable the but that personality would probably have you running for the hills soon enough.

Want to know how good I think Jennifer Lawrence is? If we did a movie draft, I'd have to take her over Zooey. Not that the rest of you wouldn't, but coming from me that's like saying she's a mythical goddess in human form.

That's an amazing interview. Didn't know her until I saw Silver Linings Playbook a few days ago.

The positive character evaluation would be further approved by her reaction (0:30) to MacFarlane's song, especially compaired to Charlize Theron's, for example...

Not to burst your bubble, but I'm fairly certain those "reaction" shots from Lawrence, Theron, etc. were staged during that performance. Theron has a great sense of humor - she would have been LOLing at the entire song.

Oh, if that's so, then that's a bubble I'd love to see burst. Always abstractly liked Theron, but without any better idea of her character, I didn't know any better than take this reaction for face-value. Credit to her for completely selling me on it.

Not even staged, it looked like they were pre-recorded from another awards. In their reactions shots Watts, Theron, and Lawrence were all wearing different dresses than what they had on last night.

Had to re-watch that video. Good call.
