He's called Ferrari, "Ferrara" literraly six times in two minutes. If you're going to be a commentator do some research on how to pronounce the names of the players.
Just visualise Justin Mapp scoring the only goal in a game, to win us a title, from a corner, outside of the foot shot after a failed clearance, hit the left post, trickled the line and went in on the side netting on the right post..
I think Highlights will come out later today... But who would of have ever thought that Justin Mapp would score a GWG to win us a trophy
Despite the win I'm still worried for the season. It's still pre-season, our defense has looked great and without any doubt I think we have the best 4 at the back with Camara, Nesta, Ferrari and Brovsky, but the attack constrcution has been horrible. Games have been very very boring, the midfield were never able to connect with the attack. Di Vaio seemed often alone and most of the time didnt kow where to position himself. Felipe seems uncomfortable with the new formation and Bernier is not playing at his natural position at DM.
There is a lot of work to be done and if the midfield is not able to connect with the attack (and when I say attack I dont mean only Di Vaio) then there is a huge hole that needs to be addressed. Games have been a lot worse than last year so far even if the results have been better. We're basically winning because of Nesta-Ferrari duo + Perkins.
In a 4-1-4-1 system, I'd want to see Bernier next to Felipe not as a DM. But Shalli doesn't seem to trust/like Warner and Valentin didn't manage to affirm himself as a starting RB so that we could use Camara as a DM. If we are to play with that system, I hope our next DP is a DM.

Pretty much that. I think our new system could be a success with Bernier next to Felipe. Arnaud isn't bad so far, but he isn't creative. He doesn't help Felipe create anything offensively. He does his job, but he isn't a "facilator", if you will. I think we will see Arnaud subbed out for a DM pretty often this year. That way, we can move Bernier up the pitch and give a chance to guys like Warner and Lefèvre to establish themselves as a starting DM.
As far as having DM DP is concerned, do you have any names to suggest?

No, not really. There are plenty of guys who know european and south american soccer more than me, maybe they know of some DM that would be available.
I wanted Ballack last summer but he retired didn't he?
Yup, he retired. He would have been a perfect fit there, I think. Even though he was more in the "Bernier of last year" mold than in the "strictly DM" mold, I think. But asking a guy on his last legs to be a box-to-box mid wouldn't have been a good idea. But as a DM only, he would have been a good option. But, meh, he's retired now
I wonder if its because we are over/close to the cap? He looked pretty good out there.
Wasnt that impressed. I didnt see chemistry out there.im fine with our team as long as romero plays as the starter instead of mapp and someone... over arnaud lol.
