He kind of turned down into that "high stick". Robidas' stick was just kind of there. I don't think that was a penalty. This is a crazy game!
That's the common sense approach... of course the NHL has proven to have none of that. The rule is that you must be in control of your own stick at all times, doesn't matter how it ends up in the guys face. It's called constantly, so i'm surprised that it wasn't called there.
