That will never get old. Right in his ear too. Look at Pierre in the background smiling... that is awesome.

Forget the Gordie Howe Hat Trick, I prefer the Vitale Hat Trick:

+ Snow annoying announcer in pre-game
+ Dominant C shifts
+ Dominate opponent in fight using indominable will

Why don't we just henceforth call it 'The Vitale'. Why distinguish the original hat trick from the imitators? Let the imitators be distinguished from the original.

I see what you did there but as many people can walk on frozen water I am concerned with the false equivalencies people will draw between ordinary people and Joe.

I like the idea of calling the trifecta "The Vitale". TO recofirm:

1. Annoucner Prank
2. Skate like the wind
3. Punch opponent in the head

4. Carry the 4th line (physically or metaphorically, either with ease)
5. Emit golden aura
6. Slowly emerge as Poseidon's brother, Joeseidon, god of the frozen sea.

don't know where this really belongs, but seeing as Adams is joined to Vitale's hip - perhaps a John the Baptist to Vitale's Jesus - i figured i'd put it here.

are we all aware that Craig's father-in-law is Paul Cellucci, the former Governor of Massachusetts and former Ambassador to Canada? awesome stuff.

Craig's heritage in New England must make him either Samuel Adams descendant, or reincarnation!

Haha. Was that last night's game? Joe never turns down an opportunity to grace his fans with an encore.

Yeah, it was last night during the pregame. The camera caught him as he skated away this time.

Is this a bit or something? How can this guy get snowed 3 games running? This is definitive proof of what I have suspected all along. Joe has Jedi Mind Powers.

"You are not about to be snowed Dan Potash... remain calm and stationary."

Look at Niskanen laughing in the background.

I love the ice-booger hanging off his nose after.

That should be a panel in our playoff avatar... assuming we make the playoffs / don't keep playing like stir-fried guano.

It's actually Darwin's theory of natural selection in action. To claim that The Joe is a bully is to claim that he is of the same species as mere mortals.

Niskanen seems to enjoy this just as much as we do. He is always close by lauging it up. Cult member?

Nisky is a disciple of Joe... this is how he came to resurrect his career with speed and efficiency on the ice.
