Anyways, I watched Savages, the recent Oliver Stone flick last night. For anyone who hasn't seen it, spoilers to follow.
Spoil:
I really wish Oliver still had some balls and stuck with the book/1st/"imagined" ending instead of the typical Hollywood copout ending. He was definitely afraid of audiences leaving the theater sad. Having no winners and losers, and every character dying fit the story a lot better. There's no way a character made out to be as villainous as Lado (Benicio Del Toro) should've made it out alive. I get wanting the audience to be like "ooh he's still out there -- scary." But showing O that he ***** her sealed the deal where we needed to see him die. The movie was awesome sans the last three minutes.
tl;dr: Should've kept the fitting, sadder ending. The happy Hollywood one was lame.
Also, Walking Dead is complete crap right now. Imagine a Michael Bay movie, but instead of explosions it's gore, and then with much worse acting and a dumber storyline, and then it drags on for 15 hours instead of two, and then there are commercials.
The only redeeming thing in that series is Lauren Cohan.
Agreed, there's a lot to complain about but I think the worst part is that 99% of all gunshots at zombies are head shots, but when shooting at humans everything changes.

You're definitely in the minority here. I think Reedus and Rooker (the Dixon brothers) are great actors. Though Andrew Lincoln (Rick) gets a lot of crap, I really like him. Shane was definitely my favorite character on the show, though.
Do you not like supernatural/paranormal shows/movies to begin with? It's hard to suspend your disbelief when you don't accept the premise.
Eh, maybe it is a soap opera for guys. I still like it.

Haaaa. Yeah. And Hershel's shotgun is on infinite ammo/no reload mode.
