He has a point though. People in amateur hockey duck like that all the time. I used to hate it. It sucks even more to see it at the NHL level. Should absolutely be a penalty.

They will stumble, and somebody will beat them. The Oilers had a lead with less than 5 minutes left.

I was thinking the same yesterday. The bigger they are the harder they fall...

A Kings vs Blackhawks WCF would be awesome.

Once they loose I think they are going on a slump. Question will be for how many games? Once they loose everyone, including themselves, will know they are human.

Agreed. That'd be a hell of a series.

The Pens have the best chance to stop the Hawks' streak. But of course, there are no interconference games this season.

The Hawks will go on a multi-game losing streak win it finally comes to an end. It always seems to go like that.

I get that feeling too. Eventually Emery/Crawford will start having some weak games. The streak has been kind of hanging on by a thread of late. A lot of one goal games, never the less still damn impressive

Crawford and Emery are playing like the greatest goalies of all time. They won't sustain that, and Chicago will come crashing back down to earth

I would rather go a streak like that in the playoffs than the first month + of the season .Very impressive.
At lest they do not have to worry about making the playoffs.

So I went to the Habs section for the first time. I'm a little surprised to see that they don't have threads in French.

Yup, kind of like how the Ducks' forwards have been shooting such a high percentage. When both those anomolies return to the norm, both those teams are going to lose some games. Anaheim moreso than Chicago.

Their last 6 wins in a row were all come from behind wins. That's not going to continue.

Didn't the Kings jump out to a 3-0 lead against St. Louis a while back, but yeah the Kings have a great record when they take a lead into the 1st or 2nd intermission.

EDIT: Oops you are talking about the Quacks. I agree. The goaltending may slip a bit too.

I know Ryder is producing well but I would rather play against him than Cole. Also consider that Morrow is losing his ability, it's good for them to have another physical forward. To beat a team in this conference you have to be tough. Dallas is tougher now.

I don't know what light has gone on in Calgary (if any) or if Phoenix and Minnesota just aren't that good.
