Wasn't the 2nd goal Kane's sick shot?
I thought he looked worse on the game winner. That's one he has to save.

Kane silencing the haters with his play. Kane was giving the Rangers defense some major fits tonight.

Yeah I meant Kane's 2nd goal. Jets' 4th.

Only selfish players score so much

His speed and strength are huge on the PK, seems to be helping his chemistry with Burmistrov too.

He and Ladd have been in LW beast mode on this road trip. But Kane still needs to save multiple orphans from multiple burning orphanages before the haters will get beyond ******** on him.

Points against the Rangers don't count because of their total suckage.

He looked like a monster tonight. Great performance. Reminded me of classic Ovechkin a little bit. Absolutely sniping.

I'm beginning to think they really should adopt this rule

What a game by Kane. He's been quietly producing a boatload of points. I say quietly because the Jets overall haven't been great. He's one of the few bright spots in the Jets forward core. Hopefully, seeing the POW line break out against the Rangers will mean we have 3 producing lines.

I dont think youncan seriously expect a line with Peluso and Wright (who i think has been excellent) to produce two goals a night.

Produce two goals? No. What I would like to see is Wright and Peluso continue to be aggressive on the puck and cycle it in the offensive zone, which can open the seams for Joker to be dangerous in front of the net. Both goals tonight were on weak rebounds that he happened to be on top of.

Eh, I'm not so sure, he's not really suited to the large ice surface. His game is all about playing north-south and blazing through whatever lanes he's given. In the international game, where it's more about patience and moving the puck east-west, I don't know that he's got the style to succeed. Then again, his fearlessness and edge could lend itself to a 4th line energy role.

And yes, I <3 Kane.

Respectfully disagree. I plotted their production and extrapolated the results for the remainder of the season - Jokinen is going to win the Art Ross.

But you said "3 producing lines"
I dont think you can expect much production from them. And I agree, they are playing well.

They've produced more in 1 game than the 4th line has produced since the start of the season.
