No video..but here's a visual...picture the goal line as a basket ball foul line....now picture the Saginaw player as the back board....now picture Matt Rupert jumping from the "foul line" to sink a lay up...keeping in mind he has no ball but is still gonna make the lay up

Windsor has won 8 straight games in the mem cup tourneys resulting in 2 cups
on the road something the Knights cant claim
League championships dont mean anything if u cant win the biggy
Legend, the bottom line is the Knights are going to the playoffs again and if Vegas had odds on them they would and are the perennial favourites, hands down. How can anyone argue with what the Hunter brothers keep doing? I mean if they sold that team today, they could easily gedt 11 Million no problem. The Spits have so many more issues to worry about other than the Memorial Cup and as much as I like the Spits, the Knight at least this year would've destroyed them in the playoffs IMO.

Really, what's the difference between London winning at home and on the road. Seems like we're splitting hairs with that statement considering that Knights team went 79-9 that year winning the OHL and dominating the Memorial Cup. Hard to believe it would have been any different had it not been in London.

Rupert given a 10 game suspension. What do London fans think of this? Based on some descriptions of the hit and his past, it seems he may have got off easy.

I figured a minimum 8 games...so 10 is no shock and in the ball park. Dangerous hit, predatory hit, dumb move. Sit a few and think about it.

Harring ton now on the shelf...let the kids get some much needed experience moving forward. Word is we'll see MacDonald in some action to end the season. I all for it..rest these players(Griff and Harry) and be 100% going into the PO's.

It'll be great to see MacD get a few games. I was impressed with his compete level at camp, and heard good things bout skill level from his B coach first half the year.
Smallish with skill, and lots of tenacity.

Most on the JrA board thought 5 was the right number. It was a blatant hit from behind but nothing more then that.

I am not saying this because he is a Knight,if Macqueen had done that 20 should be the penalty, must say nice hang time by Rupert

Re tomorrows game at Windsor,if Hunter dress LeRoux he is a knob,Boughner has suspended
Emerson Clark and John Bowen for this weekends 3 games for discipline reasons,Ty Bilcke has just come back from thumb surgery should not be fighting,Spits will have 7 players out of the lineup. Knights already have toughness with Sefton in the lineup
with Harrington,Rupert, and Griffith out of the lineup for the Knights,Jammes.Pawley and MacDonald should be given some ice time not Leroux

10 games is a joke. It`s clearly intent to injure,he a repeat offender. He should be gone for the year.

With Griffith,Harrington and Rupert out, based on roster numbers u can only put in
Liberai,Pawley and Leroux, neither of Macdonald/Jammes,however if u take out Leroux
then 1 of McDonald/Jammes works
The fact the Spits will be dressing 15 or 16 skaters instead of 18,given the team suspensions to Clark and Bowen, makes dressing Leroux totally unneccessary

With only 9 forwards available Bilcke will dress tomorrow,so McDonald sits for the less
skilled LeRoux
If I am Bilcke and Leroux presses the issue I would hit him with my glove on,might hurt
more
With Sefton,Anderson,Elie, the other Rupert in the lineup and Bilcke not advised to fight
pointless to dress Leroux,I thought u were a former coach Player surprised u would approve considering the current circumstances, perfect time for Knights to use their younger players against a roster short team

If Bilcke is advised not to fight...no need to dress him..other than that skill he has nothing to offer(and he isn't even that great at it)..he can barely skate either. As a former coach and player...other team dresses their plug..I dress mine. That's how she rolls. Don't dress him...I don't dress mine. Coach's mentality

Bilcke was credited with 9 hits in his 1st game back vs Erie, has not fought in the 3 games back and has had at least 3 scoring chances in that stretch, whhile he will never considered a scorer he is contributing, playing a reg shift, due mainly to roster shortage
does not take unsportsmanlike penalties and misc like Leroux
Your old time thinking is ripping off younger more skilled players much needed icetime

So because I have more skilled players...I'm suppose to not dress my counter for Bilcke..and let him(Bilcke) skate around at liberty taking runs at my best players like a sailor on shore leave?...not on your life. Dress your duster...I dress mine.
