He was supposed to do that this summer right? Wasn't he lighter at this year's training camp than last year? It didn't turn out well. At least, he's a good passer.

Well, they have had like nothing to be excited for for sooo long, that, now, they have a bit of hope... it's kind of cute, actually.

Mmmm.
Big difference.. the team was winning and we had 7 game-ready defenseman besides Subban.

Right now, we have no NHL forwards ready to play, unless you want to move Weber back up front.

No need to stir the pot.

Switch White to the 4th, move Eller back up from the pit, and voila, decent lines.

Free Eller!

Yeah i think they forget how close they are from falling down from a playoff spot. So are we, we must not forget this anything is still possible.

Still the habs are a better team than the leafs no doubt about it, their best line the 3rd will match our best tonight too in Gally Eller Ryder i'll take my chance with them.

3-2 habs tonight

So I'm guessing:

Galchenyuk-Plekanec-Gionta
Pacioretty-Desharnais-Ryder

lol...

It's hard to fault MT because we are doing so well, but what the ****?

Why not Prust-Eller-Gallagher?

PS. MT, Gallagher is about 100x the player Gionta is already.

Gallagher on the 3rd/ 4th line with Prust and White.

Does Therrien want to kill Prust and White tonight? Gallagher is going to poke the giants and Prust and White will face the music. Though, that could be a surprisingly good energy line.

With Diaz out - MT will have to give PK the extra minutes.

This game rest on how well Subban plays. If he has a game like against Ottawa it won't be pretty.

Les trios pour ce soir:

Gallagher-White-Prust,
Galchenyuk-Desharnais-Ryder,
Pacioretty-Plekanec-Gionta,
Moen-Eller-Armstrong #CH #Habs

Weird lines. I'll give Therrien the benefit of the doubt since he's the NHL coach, but at on paper I don't like those matchups.

Let's be honest it'll be a war on the ice after last game but that doesn't mean we get a solid game. Here's to a good one folks!

Still hurts to see Gally wear that jersey but glad he's doing well for you all

Not quite sure who has the pleasure of calling their line the 4th line.

MT is letting Carlyle dictate the game already.

what the ****?

One loss and shake everything up? Colour me confused.

Eller/Galchenyuk chemistry? Gone.

Pacioretty/Desharnais chemistry? Gone.

I mean, why not try these lines if we lose two or three games? I just don't get it.

And not giving Eller even one offensive winger? UGH.

My hope is that the "tiny" Canadiens walk all over the "big bad" Leafs.

Interesting, that 2nd line might have to be insulated defensively even strength but there is some serious upside offensively and powerplay wise. Pacioretty/Plekanec/Gionta might be good too.
