Would not be shocked if Chris Mason starts the second. Rinne has been fighting the puck early in this game.

Rather than pulling guys, we're putting too many on the ice.

Weber has looked like trash. Fisher kills the offense on his line, and made a bad defense gaff already. Josi is hardly having his best game. Pekka isn't the best goalie on the ice. Only people who I can think of having a good night are Clune and Yip.

We've had some bad games this year for sure, but that has to be the worst period of the season- absolutely embarrassing

When we're bad, we are downright horrible.

We had a worse first period at home this year, but luckily I have been able to block out that experience from my brain. This game will equally be forgotten.

Any time Trotz mentions his son, it always hits me that the coaches/players/etc are real people too, with their own families, lives, and struggles. Easy to forget that sometimes.

Isn't Palmeri winger though? Assist from Perry, also winger

They had him listed as a C, but Getzlaf was out there too? Not sure. Still a bad play.

Well, this is way over.

We don't always lose, but when we do, it's by a bunch.

No reason to pull Rinne. 1st goal was his fault, 2nd was iffy, 3rd and 4th he had no chance. Only reason to pull him is if you want to rest him a bit. Might as well let him try to get confidence back.
