Club, yeah. University of North Dakota. Play teams like UW Madison, UW Eau Claire, UW La Crosse, Minnesota State Mankato, Michigan State, and Notre Dame joined our league this season. Our league is 34 teams I think now, mostly private schools and a few smaller state schools in North Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, and I think Ohio or Indiana. Not sure. Iowa might have a team or two as well. Mostly Minnesota and Wisconsin.

I played long pole for my high school last year. I love lacrosse.
Tonight my adventures took me to St. Peter, MN to cover the 3A championship. It's an hour and a half drive for me so naturally the game goes into OT. The games ends, I do my interviews, start writing my article and of course get kicked out the arena. I then hike over to the Gustavus library and wrap it up and have to drive home at around midnight.
In conclusion I just got home, and Hopslam and sweatpants have never felt so good.
I'm down to 197 from 206. I'd like to be between 170-175 although I probably won't get there by my wedding (August).
Crazy thing though, I looked at my measurements today vs a few years ago, and my lean body mass is around 145 right now. This time last year (before I started working out, albeit sporadically), it was 135 (at 190 pounds). I knew I looked more muscular but didn't realize I put on that in that time. And that was up from 125 pounds lean mass a few years earlier.
Now if I can just hang on to that lean mass while I burn fat, I'll be golden.

Very fun sport. I started in 8th grade and have now been playing for seven years. A ton of fun.

Forwards(Attack and Midfielders) use 3-foot long sticks, not including the head, defenders use 6-foot long sticks. A lot of people call Defense long poles, or sometimes a forward will use one of the 6-foot sticks on a faceoff, and in that case they would be called a long-pole midfielder. Goalies, IIRC, use a 4.5 foot stick.

Foreign language? You mean you don't know what pounding nattys, scoring top cheddar, shot bottom Parmesan, rip the duck, etc. mean?
There are some very dumb terms when it comes to lacrosse, but if you get into the sport a lot of it starts to make sense. In a hilarious/silly way.
St. Peter is a nice little town. I have some buddies down at Gustavus and I've been on campus there a few times. Their football/lacrosse stadium is pretty nice as well.

Congrats
Never had a cavity, personally. Kind of wondering how long that streak is going to last. 19 years is stretchin' it.
She wants to go but I'm thinking of taking the kid. Gotta get him ready for the NHL, you know. Tough because he'd absolutely love it but may or may not remember it.
So yeah this is going to turn out really well for humanity.
i mean its not like we're headed to cybernetic implants and ****... in 10 years people will "hook up" via usb 4 and you just send pleasure signals
back and forth thus eliminating the chance to make a mistake

I keep saying that Ghost in the Shell is the most likely sci-fi to actually become reality, and this is just more proof of that. In a couple of decades that iphone wont be in your pocket, it will be in your brain.
Good luck when they create brain-infecting malware, suckers!
Also: lost 10 pounds this month. Go me. I'm down quite a bit from where I started.
