I finally managed to cook food which isn't terrible. I feel so much like a grown up now.

Hahaha well up and until recently my cooking was so bad I'm pretty sure even starving rabid animals would avoid it.

My wife cannot cook at all, even boxed food is a challenge for her. Thankfully my Dad taught me to cook growing up so I am fairly decent. Crappy part is that means I get to make every dinner, every night, forever.

You should catch up, it's been so good this season. Definitely my favorite show on right now.

Man, that's one of the best shots I've seen on here in awhile

I also haven't ice skated since I was like 3, but I used to play roller hockey. That means it'll be easy to learn to ice skate, right?

To be fair no one can make that stuff the way you're supposed to.

Thanks CZC and others. You guys kinda made my day.

Just dropping by to mention that Al Trautwig (Rangers pregame/postgame guy) gave a shout-out to the Worcester Sharks and subsequently the San Jose Sharks since there's a gymnastics competition at the DCU Center right now.

Nearly gave up on the Walking Dead recently, then decided to watch the 3 episodes I had DVR'd last night... Funny because I was saying to my wife "One of these days they are going to circle back around to Morgan... Maybe the last episode" heh, guess not.

With that loose end tied up... not sure what is left. Still, I feel like they need some bigger purpose than just 'defend our **** hole of a home'. I don't know what it should be, but I do feel like the show has no progression of any kind. What are we really hoping for them? To live in total misery or die painfully? I think the show needs to balance the constant, unending, soul crushing misery with just a little hope of a light at the end of the tunnel.

The show is ruthless and I love it.

So today at pick up we played on the south rink and the players practiced on the north rink. They had to walk from one end to the other to get to their locker room

The latest TWD episode was probably the best of the series. Apparently it was written by the newest showrunner. Great news if that's the case.

EDIT: He also wrote "Hounded" (telephone episode), "Save the Last One" (Shane and Otis), "Pretty much Dead Already" (Sophia), "18 Miles Out" (Rick/Shane road trip).

I don't see how any zombie story can have a good ending. It's always been one of those things that seems like a no-win situation. Sorta like Critters.

I hope so. I hate happiness.

BTW, not a smart move by HBO to premiere GoT Season 3 on the same day as TWD season finale.

Also on Easter Sunday. What the hell?

I just finished the first season of Breaking Bad. I'm genuinely surprised at how this show became popular. The first season is pretty terrible. Bad production quality, lame characters, etc. that being said, I totally enjoyed it and am going to jam on season 2 in the morning.

Pretty sure HBO doesn't give a ****, they know their show is the best and only losers would watch something else.
