That was a bittersweet win. We looked like a bunch of eggheads in the first period, but some puck luck allowed us to get back into the game and then our stars took over from there.

If that's the best we can do (best win in 4 years) then this team has some bigger issues than that one game.

I hope we wise up and get rid of the parasite afflicting this team.

I'm confused. What puck luck? The Avs dominated that game from the second period on. There was not really anything lucky about it.

O'Byrne with a snipe off the crossbar, the puck landing perfectly on Jones' stick? Without either of those goals, we were defeated.
