Pietrangelo needs help more than Shattenkirk (because he's playing worse, not because of the assignments), and Jackman's our best LHD by a wide margin right now. Might as well give it a shot and see how it goes.
I'd actually like to see Cole with Shatty over Redden though.

Hey guys. Just wondering why there are quite a few empty seats. Don't the blues usually sell out?

I agree. I've preferred Cole's body of work this year to both Redden and Russell, but I'm tired of banging that drum here.

Only like 3 or 4 so far this year, most of the sell outs they use to have were bs with free or really cheap tickets the new owner doesnt do as much of that. Also the team is playing really bad lately especially at home and after last night it should not be surprising there is a lot of open seats

Interesting that we're flashing the passive 1-2-2 with more regularity now.

The weather might be slowing some people down or keeping them from using/finding people to use their tickets.

Is it just me, or since leaving the game for a bit last night, has Backes been as good as he's been all year?

I've noticed Schwartz is on the ice too much. Needs to get stronger on his skates. Got us a PP there though. And glad to see him pop back up.

Like what I see from this new first line.

One of the Oilers fell on our goalie right before the goal without being checked into Halak. I thought you couldn't do that...

Something needs to happen with this team soon. Injuries are only so much of an excuse.

Redden is so bad.

The Blues are like the sports version of the Biggest Loser.
